I am a wife, mother, up-and-coming author, and practicing clinician. I enjoy the simple things in life such as: spending quality time with my family, and never missing an opportunity to say I love you to those that matter the most. P.R.A.I.S.E. - is my first and only publication thus far. Writing is a relaxing past time for me. I enjoy writing uplifting inspirational pieces that inspire others to be the best version of themselves that they can be; helping them to create the life they desire to live.

is a labor of love inspired by personal experience. Like many others when I considered getting married, having a family, and pursing my career interests I did so because I believed these things would be a source of joy and fulfillment in my life. Unfortunately for me this was not the case. I found myself juggling too many roles, responsibilities, and commitments. Most of which I did not sign up for. Life happened and things seemed to be forcibly dumped into my lap. I was failing miserably. I was over whelmed, frustrated, and it seemed as if none of my hard work and sacrifice was paying off. I was fed up - enough was enough - so I did something about it. And thus the P.R.A.I.S.E. method was birthed. I have finally discovered how to enjoy the fruits of my labor and live the life I deserve. And I hope to empower others to do the same.
